1.1 Fasttv.am website is one of the official websites of "Fast Media" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "Broadcaster") (hereinafter referred to as "Website").

 

1.2 Please read the terms below before using the site. The user of the website confirms that he accepts and undertakes to comply with the conditions and requirements set forth below for using this website (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use").

1.8 The subscriber is aware and gives his consent to the fact that in case of early termination of the subscription contract on his own initiative, the paid amount is not subject to be returned.

 

1.9 The subscriber is aware and gives his consent to the fact that the subscription purchased on his own initiative, except for the "Standard" package, will be renewed automatically every month in the case of a monthly subscription and every year in the case of an annual subscription.

 

1.10 The Terms of Use apply concurrently with the other terms posted on the site and are an integral part of those terms.

 

1.11 The broadcaster may independently, without prior notice, at any time change the content of the materials posted on the site, including the terms and conditions posted on the site.

 

1.12 The changes made by the broadcaster on the website have legal effect from the moment they are posted in it unless the legislation of the Republic of Armenia provides no other form. The continued use of this website by its users and the continued operation of the website means that the website user has accepted the changes as they are.

3.4 The data collected by the broadcaster through the website are the property of the broadcaster and are not subject to transfer to other persons in any way, except for the cases when the above-mentioned data are transferred to persons cooperating with the broadcaster on a contractual basis. In order to ensure the provision of services by the broadcaster and the cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
